Her expertise extends across various sectors, including Real Assets, Private Equity, and Private Debt.
Her career has included working in both onshore and offshore jurisdictions, providing Coral with a deep understanding of the fiduciary and regulatory responsibilities, which come with assisting clients on their structuring and servicing needs across multiple geographies and asset classes. -

Previously, Chris spent over seven years with Sanne (which became Apex) in a variety of senior roles. This included three years as Country Head leading Sanne’s UK business and a further year as Regional Head for Apex’s UK business. Prior to Sanne, Chris worked in several roles in Jersey with Alter Domus and Ogier (prior to its acquisition by Intertrust).
Chris, who is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and has over 25 years’ experience in financial services covering both the UK, Jersey and Luxembourg. With the majority of these covering Alternative Asset classes with specific deep expertise in Real Assets, Private Debt and Private Equity. -

Edmar brings 14 years of extensive experience in the Wealth and Asset Management industry, with expertise spanning public companies, private equity, and real estate fund structures. He began his career as an auditor, spending his first decade with two of the prestigious Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
Prior to joining AVEGA, Edmar held the position of Senior Vice President at Apex (formerly Sanne), where he managed complex UK-listed funds and oversaw both fund accounting and company secretarial teams across London and South Africa.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Edmar has an exceptional track record of consistently delivering high-quality service to clients, underpinned by his professional acumen and dedication to excellence.
