Reporting channel
Avega UK uses the Avega Group’s secure external whistleblowing platform for confidential reports about our UK operations.
Who can report
Employees, workers (including contractors/agency workers), former workers, volunteers/interns, suppliers/service providers, and individuals involved in Avega recruitment.
What you can report
Disclosures made in the public interest about: criminal offences, breaches of legal obligation, miscarriages of justice, health & safety risks, environmental damage, or deliberate concealment of any of these.
Your protections
Qualifying disclosures are protected from detriment, and dismissal of an employee for whistleblowing is automatically unfair. Retaliation is prohibited.
How we handle reports
Acknowledgement within 7 days and a further update within 3 months; confidentiality maintained and information shared on a need to know basis.
External reporting
You may also report to UK prescribed persons (e.g., FCA, HMRC, HSE, ICO) where appropriate, per GOV.UK guidance.
Access
The Avega Group Whistleblowing Policy and the secure platform are available via the main Avega website; Avega UK applies all UK legal requirements when handling UK related disclosures.
